I just finished watching this great awesome short film done by Kurt Hugo Schneider, a super duper talented person whose works I absolutely adore! The song during the credits is sung by Sam Tsui, an amazing singer. Love the song, can't wait for the full version of it to be released. Here's the movie. It's about 12 minutes long, but it's worth it.
